    Conditional enrolment

There are two types of conditional enrolments related to academic requirements:

Type i) Completing final degree subjects
Candidates who are completing the final subjects for their degree. These candidates can only commence the Program if evidence of degree completion can be provided by the exam date of their first module.

Type ii) Completing final bridging subjects
Candidates who have graduated but are completing final bridging subjects required for the Chartered Accountants Program. These candidates can only commence the Program if results for all final briding subjects can be provided by the exam date of their first module.

Type i) Completing final degree subjects

Candidates in this category must provide evidence of successful completion of all pre-requisite subjects by enrolment close date.

One of the following forms of acceptable proof of degree completion is required by the final exam date of their first module:

    • Statement of Completion from the University registrar or appropriate University department
    • Statement of conferred, completed, graduated or eligible to graduate on their academic transcript
    • Certified copy of their degree certificate
    • Completion of required number of credit points, for example if the Academic transcript says 240 cp needed for the degree, and the candidate has completed 240 cp then this would be ok to approve degree completion.

If this documentation is not provided by first module exam date, candidates will be ineligible to progress to any further modules.

Type ii) Completing final bridging subjects

Candidates in this category must show evidence of degree completion and confirmation that they are enrolled in their final bridging subjects (no more than 3) by enrolment close date and that they will have their results for these final bridging subjects by the exam date of their first module. The final bridging subjects can be in pre-requisite core knowledge areas for the module they wish to undertake.

One of the following forms of acceptable proof of final bridging results is required by the exam date of their first module:

    • Statement of Successful Completion from the University registrar or appropriate University department
    • A certified copy of their academic transcript or result notification confirming at least a pass result in the required subjects.
