If you are applying for the reduced prerequisite service of 16 continuous weeks experience mentored by a Chartered Accountant immediately prior to module commencement, it is preferred that research Honours or research Masters courses are in accounting or accounting-related subjects (for example, finance) but other research programs will be considered.  
 
Approval for this reduction of service must be sought in advance. Documentation needs to be submitted for approval prior to enrolling in your first technical module and must include the following:

• written confirmation of research title and abstract from the University Head of Department
• the original and one photocopy of the final academic record listing subjects undertaken during the Honours year/research Masters course and the grades attained 
  
• the original and one photocopy of the final academic record for the accredited undergraduate/post graduate degree.
